Tuition accrues gradually
A modest balance accrues over time while you're earning a paycheck — not instead of it.

You graduate and keep working
At graduation you hold a full-time Mosby position. Your balance moves to a forgiveness schedule.
4
Your balance forgives over two years
For every month you remain employed after graduation, a portion of your balance is forgiven. Stay for two full years after graduation and you'll owe nothing.

Earn loyalty bonuses
Stay two years past graduation and Mosby pays you a $1,500 cash bonus. Stay a third year and you earn another $1,500 — $3,000 total.
